The neighbor children, and one of the main reasons we're moving even though we can't afford to. Raise your damn kids to be respectful. They're not hurt, I promise, I even double checked. They just scream bloody murder all day every damn day like they're being murdered. It's how they play. It goes on for hours and hours, all of them screaming and NO adult telling them it's inappropriate. This is right outside my front door, but we can hear it through the whole apartment all the time.
